  FROM THE PATROL OFFICER'S BRIEFING YOU LEARN THE FOLLOWING:
       At 0200 hours, dispatch received a call from the victim's neighbor.  The neighbor said that she heard yelling and gunshots.  Responding Officers arrived at the scene at 0205 hours discovering the dead victim.  The area was searched for suspects without success.  The yard has been taped off and a patrol officer is stationed at the front door to secure the crime scene.
